I'm releasing two books right now
One is a book of poems with a couple prose pieces
And the other is a novella I started writing when I was 23
I just picked it back up last year and finished it now that I'm older
Kind of a weird experience to revist that after so much time passed
anyway...
the first one is called
Two People Going To The Bottom Of A River
Mostly it's about being sick and angry
Hating the way that this culture kills the people I love
And creates these meaningless pressures that drive us apart
The other one is called
CHECK ENGINE LIGHT
that's the one about being 23
actually that's not true
it's about being a bit younger than that
and I wrote the first part when I was 23
but I couldn't think of an ending
because it was all too close to me at the time
and the situation that it's based on hadn't resolved well enough to think of an ending
then I found it recently and finished it
It's called check engine light because it's about that feeling of everything fucking up all the time
and you (I) barely understand what's going on
and whenever you start to think you might start to be okay or catching up
right then is when something else fucks up and then you get buried again
also it's a horror story about flesh eating beetles, but mostly it's about being 22.
not as much anymore but I'm hoping to get back into it
This is mostly noise music and sound collage I made
I was doing this stuff from 2015 until I started making music with drums
which I think I started doing in 2018 or 2019
This is when I started making drums and beats
starting in like 2018 or 2019 until 2020
I made four albums in this name and then I went crazy in 2020 and just stopped.
I haven't really gotten back to music since then.
